"If you want StateFarm it’s because you want the best quality insurance so you need to go with the best quality agent. Katelyn. Everyone hates paying for insurance it’s expensive and just annoying. Katelyn makes me feel like we are back in the 90s when you could walk into your local State Farm just to chat with your agent. She replies so fast to my emails by the time I check them in late at responding to her! I had an accident last year someone hit me. The only work I did was drop off my car at the collision place. There was literally no issues as all and it was so seamless. It was the first car accident I had had under my own insurance and like I said seamlessly. Other insurance companies couldn't cover all personal property, which was a disappointment. State Farm suggested an umbrella policy for extra property protection for a little additional cost.
