Lacie is our office manager here at Katelyn Hand State Farm in the Carolina's and has over 10 years of State Farm Insurance experience! She has her Personal Lines, Life, and Health licenses and brings a ton of positivity and expertise to our team! She is your go to for state to state transfers and anyone relocating to North Carolina and South Carolina. Moving is stressful enough, so she wants to make the process of changing your license, registration, and insurance as seamless as can be.
Additionally with her industry experience, compassion, and helping heart, she is responsible for assisting customers file and navigate any home or condo damage and/or accidents. She is very well versed with Rental properties as well.
As a wife and Mom, she is super passionate about talking to everyone about life insurance and making sure your family and assets are protected. She is currently in the process of building upon her skill set to write flood insurance and wind and hail coverage for coastal homes.

Kailey grew up in California and graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Finance and Insurance degree in May 2024 when she came onboard with us full time after interning during school. She has her Property and Casualty, Life, and Health licenses for NC & SC and brings a fresh viewpoint to our team. She is our go to Technology expert and helps with all things Drive Safe & Save.
She is passionate about helping newer drivers and individuals new to insurance and starting their careers. She wants to be there from the beginning to help with your first auto insurance policy on your own, Renters insurance, ensuring any high value or cherished items you own have protection too (such as jewelry, firearms, furs, collectible items) to helping you reach your financial goals of becoming a homeowner one day and everything in between.
Additionally, Kailey does a lot for our existing customers and takes pride in helping making changes to your existing policies as seamless and easy as can be. If you purchased, sold, or traded a new car, just got married and need to combine policies, have a teenage or newly licensed driver - she is who you want to talk too! She is also well versed in foreign driver licenses, splitting policies after a divorce, & handling insurance policies in the name of an estate during probate.
Lastly, Kailey is our Office Claim Liaison and while our local team are not adjusters and can't make coverage or payout decisions, we can help get you in contact with the right people.

Elise has been with us for almost 3 years and is now working part time after having her daughter! She is loving new Mom life and her favorite part of her role is being able to help onboard new customers to our Team a few hours each week while having time to spend at home with family. She has her Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses and has experience from the mortg. world, so she has a unique perspective for all our homeowner's. She is the go-to for anyone who is doing a home remodel, renovation, or addition. Additionally, she is integral in helping our office run smoothly behind the scenes and helps with all our reporting, compliance, and licensing requirements.
Being a new Mom, she has a new passion on discussing hospital inc policies (especially for kids) and paycheck protection for working parents.

Having grown up 15 minutes from the beach and an avid Lake Wylie & Lake Norman lover, she specializes in boats, jetski's, motorcycles, golf carts, travel trailers and motor homes. Mandy has taken the team lead on helping individuals around age 65 with health insurance supplements.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, family, and is highly involved in dog rescues and pet sitting.
